I noticed a little jello in the video.  I would assume you weren't using any filters, and it was a really bright day.  A neutral density filter would have resolved the one point I noticed jello.  

The subject and composition was really nice......

Nice! You will definitely enjoy the Mavic! I visited the San Diego area a few weeks ago and really enjoyed shooting the beaches there.
