I have two batteries for my Mavic. Neither one shows up on heathy drones with a serial number. Is this caused by the Mavic? DJI GO 4? Or Healthydrones? Anyone know how to correct this?

If you use android, the battery info shows in Healthydrones but if you use IOS then it will just show as a default battery. Healthydrones are aware of it but say it is an issue with the info stored in IOS and DJI need to fix that.

Thanks, now I know why this is happening. I'm using a iPad mini with the ISO.
