Hi Guys,


I already post this in the thread same situation

but no one answer me.
I could not find .DAT file as instruction of DJI team at that thread

Why this can be happen, how can i avoid this for next time?
Can you repair my drone, how long for this and how much money i have to pay?

When you emailed you should have received an automated message containing a 6 digit ticket number. Do you have that message?

I follow the instruction below but I did not see the Flight data log. Why?
a. Connect your aircraft (USB port at the tail/ head) to a PC using the included USB cable. Turn on the Remote Controller and the aircraft, then open the DJI GO app.
b. Click “Mode” icon to view the “Advanced Settings”.

I got an other drone, phantom 4 like new. It have 2 batteries, one still work, one no work. As I found in the forum, many people get the same problem (battery of phantom 4 no work after long time in storage, it discharge itself till dead). Can you help me to check if my battery stilt in warranty, then DJI can be help to fix this. Or maybe you can give me some advice in this case.

Have you tried to leave it charging for about half an hour?
The warranty period for Phantom 4 battery is 6 Months and Charge Cycle less than 200 Times.

If you keep getting the error message, I'd suggest you to send it in for further evaluation.
