I have an issue with my DJI Cloud account. On my Iphone 7 plus, when I hit the sync button on the latest DJI Go 4 App (version 4.0.5) to sync the last 1 month, I get an error message that states "Sync Failed. Retry." Retrying still generates the same error. I tried clearing my local flight records (on another device), reinstalling the app, trying on a different iOS device (iPad Air 2), and get the same error message. The issue I believe is the cloud is not synching and erroring on the flights from today March 9, 2017. Those fllights are on my original iOS device (iphone 7 plus) and are saved locally and were synced to the cloud, but when trying to sync on a fresh device with no flight logs, like my iPad, then that is the only day that is missing. Most likely, something on the server side is corrupt on the flight logs from March 9, 2017. In addition, HD Sync errors too when trying to upload the flight logs to Healthy Drones because it is utilizing the DJI Cloud to access the logs.
Can the DJI server team reset the data from today? DJI Natalia or another DJI representative, please help.
