I have an issue with my DJI Cloud account.  On my Iphone 7 plus, when I hit the sync button on the latest DJI Go 4 App (version 4.0.5) to sync the last 1 month, I get an error message that states "Sync Failed. Retry."  Retrying still generates the same error.  I tried clearing my local flight records (on another device), reinstalling the app, trying on a different iOS device (iPad Air 2), and get the same error message.  The issue I believe is the cloud is not synching and erroring on the flights from today March 9, 2017.  Those fllights are on my original iOS device (iphone 7 plus) and are saved locally and were synced to the cloud, but when trying to sync on a fresh device with no flight logs, like my iPad, then that is the only day that is missing.  Most likely, something on the server side is corrupt on the flight logs from March 9, 2017.  In addition, HD Sync errors too when trying to upload the flight logs to Healthy Drones because it is utilizing the DJI Cloud to access the logs.

Can the DJI server team reset the data from today?  DJI Natalia or another DJI representative, please help.

Hi! I have the same problem. I've had my Mavic Pro for 4 days now and been flying for three days. Yesterday I couldn't longer sync my flight records. It stops at about 70% and says 'Sync failed. Retry'. Any problems at the DJI servers? BTW - my first drone, and it's simply fantastic! Thanx, Jan Arve

This started for me on March 8th.  Sync fails on iPhone 5C, Android, and third party app.  The only common point is DJI server side so this is not a smart phone or device issue- it is a DJI issue.  I have been very happy and impressed with all things DJI until this issue started and I hope DJI resolves this soon. Fingers crossed....

I also have the same issue with flights from yesterday (9th March) using DJI Go4.  When I try and import them into Drone Logbook I get an error message saying No GPS points found.  unfortunately I have cleared them from my device and the flights exist only in the cloud.  Any advice on how to recover them?

I have a similar issue maybe.... have only had one Mavic, but used my iphone to fly first couple of days.  Synced all my flights, and switched to an ipad.  The flights show up, but they are separated in DJIGo (on separate pages, as if it were two different aircraft).  Is this normal?

You're not the only one with missing flightrecords after syncing... on my Android device I have 66 flightrecords, on my iOS device only 58. Allready contacted DJI via DJI.Zendesk. DJI knows there is something wrong but there is no priority to fix it (that was their last message to me about this issue). There are a few posts on this forum about missing flightrecords after syncing.

Mindy, I am also getting an error message when I try to sync my flight records.  I have been negligent in this, and want to get everything up to date.  I have used DJI go and go 4, on IOS Iphone and Ipad, and want to put it all together.  When I go to "sync all", it fails at 95%, but I have been able to sync the ipad at 6 months.  Is there something that I need to do?

Sync is bad again.

On my BT300 it is fine. But that is a generation behind.
On my iPhone X it does not sync. If I chose 1 month it stops at 3% - If I chose all - it stops around 43%

But the fun thing.. The Sync Icon spins faster and faster after each retry   If I force close the app - back to normal spinning speed. But each retry makes it spin faster and faster and faster ... *G*

I was finally able to sync my flight records. I cleared all the cache. Go to me tab (equipment, editor, skypixel, me) and on right hand top, there is a cog, click on it and clear cache. Force close the app and then re-login. You should be able to sync. Hope this helps. :-)
