I had an order over 60 days which said it would ship in 1-3 days. They sent me 1 lanyard and showed the order as shipped, even though the other lanyard and $960 worth of products were not shipped. After waiting a couple months on the order we re-evaluated and decided we dont need it, we'll just find a local dealer and buy in store. I called the bank and had them cancel the payment. DJI shipped the rest of my order the next day. Now trying to return it though I really need some of the accessories, they will either take all or nothing. So tired of these guys wasting my time and losing me money because I dont have the equipment I ordered.
