I am trying to save my Videos from DJI to IOS photo folder....I only have 16 videos, all of them are less than 15 seconds in length. I have about 76GB of free space on my phone.

When I go through the steps to save the videos (the same way I always do) I get the

Save Failed

Insufficient Storage Space. Retry after cleaning up.

I have cleaned up......

Any suggestions?

Fro the DJI Editor you should be able to save to your camera roll.Can you post a quick video of attempting to do it.

I had the exact same problem with the Go app and the iPhone7+. Turned out it was one corrupt file messing it up. Not sure why it was corrupt though.

Having the same problem. Did you ever find a solution?

The DJI app had many problems associated with saving photos...or even keeping them.  Use iTunes and download the photo folders from the device/app and then pick through the pieces to find what you want.  Yeah, its a pain, but it works.  DJI has little success in fixing their photos issues in DJI Go.
