Anyone else have the issue where their Osmo resets to a central position before the countdown timer has hit zero?

It resets to the central position - on a 20 minute time-lapse it  resets with 30 seconds to go, on a 10 minute time-lapse it resets at 3  seconds remaining
It's really frustrating me as I have to cut the last few seconds off each video

Forward to 1:07 to see it reset

yup it does it on mine as well,
there should be an update to stop the recording at the end

I spoke to DJI and they said it should not be happening and maybe the Osmo is faulty, so maybe yours is too, I am hoping more people have the issue and it is just a yet another glitch in the software :/

Yep, I discovered mine does the exact same thing as well at the end of motion time lapses.

So, it's highly unlikely this is a hardware fault

Good to know I am not the only one with that problem. It's not that dramatic as we can cut the last part of the video out but I think it's an error which shouldn't be so hard to fix. So please DJI, do it :-)

So come on DJI - this needs FIXING - all your apps are getting a really bad rep and you are doing NOTHING to resolve these issues!

If you don't sort these things DJI will crash and burn, like my faulty Inspire did, simply because you do not listen and fix the issues we are all having!

My Osmo mobile gimbal is going into Sleep Mode after about 30 minutes in motion timelapse.  Anyone have this problem? Latest firmware too.

I've seen the resets a few times using the latest DJI GO 3 app on iPhone SE. I find it helpful to put the phone in Do not disturb mode (or Airplane with Bluetooth turned on) and I haven't had a reset.
I'm just editing out the final frames at the end of the time-lapse until DJI fixes that issue.

I'm on v4 of the app on Android and it still does it even on the latest update.
DJI just seem to not care about issues we have.

Take the money and run - maybe that should be DJI's latest tagline...

It's not a fault, the device must reset to central position once the pre-programmed mode has finished, I guess software could stop the recording before it moves back to center, however with a few seconds of editing the end movement can be erased.

The wobble on your timelapse Steve I'm guessing was the wind moving the phone, a sturdier tripod would help but the osmo mobile motors are only so powerful and the wind up there gets quite strong.

I've got hundreds of hours use from my osmo mobile and once you get to know how to use it the results are fantastic.

The Osmo is faulty, DJI have finally acknowledged this and it's going back
