DJI MAVIC spinning and gimbal issue

Hi guys

i have an issue with my mavic pro (only since i updated to the latest firmware the .500 edition

when ever i fly the unit and try to lower the gimbal to look below it turns to the left and makes the camera start bouncing up n down and the drone unit start rotating if i select sport mode it stops and i can land the drone

Ive tried to calibrate the drone and get gimbal clamp issues like ive seen others having

i use this drone for work and now am left with basically an unusable unit

ive tried downgrading the software on both the drone and the controller but still the same

Do i need to return the unit for repair?

yeah, you should sent it back. it seems like it have a manufacturing defect.

Have you tried to downgrade the firmware to previous version?
Besides, could you please provide some videos of the gimbal camera issue for better assistance?

Hi there Mindy that was the first thing i did was to downgrade the firmware on both the drone and the remote still the same

Hi Mindy whats the warranty stance for the drone being repaired when i received it as an Xmas present
my contact details are obviously different from the ones on the receipt invoice

There's no need to worry about the contact details.
Just provide the proof of purchase to our support team.
Warranty period is related to the proof of purchase date.
