I tried to update to the latest firmware and after a split second, it shows that the update is paused.  It will not start to download at all.  There are fully charged batteries with a good internet connection.  Any ideas??  Thanks

Yes, I had the controller, ipad and Mavic all on and connected each time I tried to update.

reset your home router, make sure you actually got a good internet connections on your device . . .

It seems the firmware was interrupted during the download. You can sync your flight records and delete/reinstall the app and start over.
You can also update from your computer with thew Assistant2 app.
