My DJI go app updated itself, do i have to update my firmware now too? Im hoping  not since I hear there are a few problems with the new update.

I am using the latest firmware 1.8.10 on my P3S and latest app on my Sony Xperia Ultra Android 5.1.1  

Firmware working fine and App working fine.  Had the odd App crash until I cleared my phone cache. Also I do not have FB email, skype or other apps running on my phone. You can fly in airplane mode on your device that may help as well so you don't get phone calls.

If you feel you don't want to upgrade your drone firmware and are happy with how it is then you can decide to not upgrade.

If you do not have any connectivity issues to the Go app, then you may be able to refrain from updating the firmware.

From the day that I have updated the aircraft it's going down down left right I have no control it flay away problem with pictures
