Where's my Maviс? No information 3 weeks after delivery to DJI.

1) On February 24th I sent the parcel to DJI
2) On March 3, the parcel was received (tracking number EA445385810RU). The status of the parcel has not been updated to "received" (CAS-471426-G3M1R7)
3) On March 7 I left Request #454523 with the question whether the parcel was received. No answer.
4) On March 15, I drew attention to this situation on the forum
5) On March 20 (today) my case was deleted

Where is my parcel? Why is there no information during 3 (!!) weeks?

Same thing happened to me and another guy on this forum already. Last week I was promised it will be sent out last week, then I was promised it will be sent out this week and today, SURPRISE, they deleted my case or whatever they did. Excellent.

Our support team have checked your tracking number.
And seems like you didn't send it to correct address. The postcode 97618 is for the German office.
Could you please help to confirm the address your package was sent to?
Besides, it's probably the system issue that you cannot check your case from the websites.
Your case hasn't been deleted.

Already gave it to DJI Ken and he said he would take a look and someone from DJI was supposed to contact me last week, no one contacted me yet.
Tracking is back on now but case is still stuck on 1.repair for 10 days

I have a Mavic in for repair also so hope this isn't going to turn into another fiasco like the original delivery saga but I don't hold out much hope by what I am reading.

DJI Ken had brought this to our management. I'm sorry that you didn't receive any update.
Since there are backlogs for the Mavic. your case was delayed.
I have pushed the case for you I will make sure they provide you an update as soon as possible.

Please send my Mavic back ..
Today has expired already a month as it arrived to you with an engine error that occurred after the update.
Maybe the wires to the engines are jammed although promised more than 5000 openings.
And PLEASE do not change it or RC to the restored one - on my Mavic only 3 hours of flying time!
