This is the response I received from DJI support. I have spent over $15,000.00 over the last 2 years on DJI products. This is the level of attention they give their loyal customers.
Unacceptable especially considering the level of investment we all make on this particularly expensive product!

How about some of you youtube reviewers doing a piece on this aspect of DJI?

Upon coordinating to the Designated Team a replacement propeller cannot be provided since it is not an Open box issue.

The Propeller might got loose due to tear and wear. Please check our online store for details http://store.dji.com/category/in ... from=menu_products.
