I'm running a lighbridge 2 on my S1000+ with an A2 flight controller and am unable to find a way to program wavepoints/autonomous flight to the system. I know it is not recommended to use the 2.4 LK24-BT link with the lightbridge 1 due to interference. Does this interferecne still occur with the LB2? If so, how does one program the system for autonomous flight?

Not compatible. If you want waypoints the best way forward is to swap the A2 for A3 or N3.

Lightbridge 2 would have the same problem as LB1 if tried to use in tandem with the 2.4 Datalink. It's really dependent on what you want to keep. You can either have the 2.4 GHz Datalink for iPad Ground Station and use a standard 5.8 GHz FPV with the iOSD Mark II for FPV/OSD info, or you can keep LB2 and upgrade your flight controller to either the A3 or N3 flight controller and use Ground Station Pro for iOS.
