Love the P4P+ but can not find any enjoyment in the Here Maps. I would pay for an app or service or something like that to get the Google Maps in the P4P+ if given the chance.

The choice of what maps you see is made by the DJI software developers when they write the code. Why Here maps is used is a puzzle, but they must have offered the rights to it for free.

Are the maps that important?  I've only used it on two flights in 3 years.

I don't beleive it's just certain countries, apple have google and android are second class citizens unless you root your phone/tablet and disable a service.

I have google on my note 4 but the outaded HERE maps on the USELESS p4p plus which costed me an extra 400 euro.... In the same country

It's a shame for DJI

Hey SM-17, was asking  the question not a form of research now I know the answer.

But I will say I would be feeling pretty STUPID if I hadn't done my research when buying my P4p, maybe if you done your own research you wouldn't be coming on here and blaming dji for spending an extra €400 on a p4p+ that was your first mistake.

Your second was coming on here and mentioning it, this makes you look a lot more STUPID just take some responsibility for your daft mistakes..
