I have now purchased two mavic's (one returned due to faulty sensor) and have not received an invoice for either of these. I know you can log on and see what you have paid, but this is not a tax invoice (i need this for tax relief).
I contacted DJI two weeks ago asking for a tax invoice which they said "HQ will send" and still nothing. Been on to chat a few times and nothing has been done except "we'll follow up with HQ".
Has anyone actually received a tax invoice for their purchase?

It definitely not there. The people I've spoken to on chat have said that the request is with "HQ". Hopefully I can get this before I fly!

A screenshot or email of the online purchase would do.  Also, if it's bought in USA, it can only receive warranty repair in USA

I see that requests for tax invoices are ignored. I don`t know how you manage to sell without invoices in EU, it is against a law actually. Send me at least simple invoice just for reference that I payed you the money.

Just ask 'onlinesales@dji.com'. They sent me Invoice but they did not have S/N on them.
So now I am looking for Proof of purchase with S/N. Anyone know where I would get them?
I have purchased 2 sets of Mavic Pro systems & had one changed out under warranty & no S/N on paper for the exchange. The DJI care shows the new s/n # but that is not good for my State Farm Insurance.
