Nope, doesn't work here. First deleted 1.1.0, then install 1.1.0-2 (as Admin).
Check your \Windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log (might be hidden). (Search for DJI, see "<<<  [Exit status: FAILURE(0x00000103)])"
