Does anyone know a good rate that I can get in callifornai that will cover my Mavic, and maybe some liability? I would like lost, stolen, damaged, and maybe more. I have done research and cant find a reliable insurance.

There's a lot of threads about insurance already for pretty much exactly what you're looking for.  Seems State Farm is the best reported available.

Yes, the State Farm policies are a very good deal. Unfortunately, by all accounts they don't offer policies that cover drones in California.

I mean what about other insurance.
