Does anyone have a similar problem of not being able to calibrate Mavic Pro vision sensors? It gets to 71% and then it asked to recalibrate again. Any suggestions how I can resolve this issue? I upgraded both firmware for the controller and the drone.

Most issues with VPS calibration have been with the DJI Assistant 2 application not loading unsigned drivers. The latest version v1.1.0-2 tries to correct the driver issue. Since you are able to initiate the calibration and see the polka dots, then you are not having driver issues. Are you using MAC or PC version & what version?

Is it stopping at 71% of the forward sensor calibration or 71% of the total calibration? This may just be that you're moving the aircraft too much and not holding the aircraft stable enough and just changing the angular direction of the sensor during calibration.

Can you take a moment and further describe how your performing the calibration, and more detail as to where it's stopping?

Having the same issue on a windows 10 PC Error code 0RO1.024157. The drone was held stable as shown in the instruction. Several attempt did bring that error message. RTH does not function properly since the calibration failed.

Can both AlanOne & Sapient please post your screen resolution?

Is it greater than 1600x900? If so, please reset your resolution to 1600x900 and try one more time.

Don't think that matters. I successfully calibrated my vision system with a 2580 x 1440 monitor under Win 10.

Did have problems initially when I connected the Mavic via a USB hub, but direct USB3 connection worked first time.

Thank you for that info update!
I have not checked the latest version (v1.1.0-2) to verify resolution requirements. The release notes did not mention any resolution changes. Thanks for verifying that 1600x900 is no longer a requirement, at least with Win10...

I finally managed to get the Mavic Pro to calibrate vision sensor 100%. I changed from PC laptop (Win 7) to MAC laptop. For a day, I was still having similar problem with MAC as well.

I managed to get the calibration to reach 100% but I did it in a dark room without any light. I wonder if that was the problem. I ended up using MAC laptop 13.5" screen.  For some reason, it would not work with PC laptop (WIN 7).

Glad you were able to sort it out and get your Mavic back into the air!!!

Did try calibration at 1600x900 resolution but still error message 0RO1.022315.
The calibration procedure goes through without a glitch but at after 71% of total calibration calculation the error message above pops up.

Are you using PC or MAC?

If PC, what OS version?

Win10 Pro.
Update: Using my laptop with Win7Pro resulted in Calibtation 100% complete without any error.
I also performed the calibration in a dark room.
Comment: When installing the latest version of DJI Assistant 2 both on Win10 PC and Win7 laptop I discovered differences in the installation procedure. While Win10 installation was going through without much interaction on Win7 laptop I had to accept 5 or 6 driver prompts so they could be installed. That was missing with Win10.

Wow, glad you finally got it calibrated.

The interesting thing is that Win7 initially was very difficult to get calibration to work because you needed to Disable Driver Signing in the boot options as indicated in this older thread -> Click here to see the old requirements for Win 7 prior to the lasest version of DJI Assistant 2....

Clearly you didn't need to do that with your Win 7Pro, so the latest version fixed the driver signing issues.

Perhaps installing DJI Assistant 2 on Win 10 needs to be performed by "Running as Administrator" to ensure the drivers get installed with the correct security context. If you need to use your Win 10 PC, try uninstalling DJI Assistant 2 and re-install by right clicking the installation package and "Running as Administrator" to see if there's any difference (or just use the Win 7 Pro again )!
