Can DJI please add a option to switch off the automatic 3D noise reduction that gets added to the video like they added it for the Phantom??

A lot of reports of digital artifacts when the camera is being tilted up and down. I've had issues with this and so have a lot of others. Here's a example of the issue on a phantom. Once switched off the artifacts arnt there.

No it shouldn't . This has got to do with the mavic pro. The video example is someone with a phantom and having the 3d noise reduction option available to them fixing the noise that happens with panning up and down with the camera.

This option is not available on the mavic and i think it should be

yep my request as well...the 3d noise reduction it is a monster of ugliness...pleasseee put the option to disable it as in phantoms
or make it much better...that smearing artifacts that move over the video and the ugliness of artifacts when panning left/right up/down are outrageous.

Have you found a solution for this? Do you think all mavics are effected by this?

It seems to still be an issue with the Mavic Pro /Platinum capture system (2018), plus (for those that have seen it!) - the 3D temporal / optical flow compression image estimation algorithm used a.k.a. [ 3D noise reduction (Motion Compensated Temporal Filter, or MCTF)] is also a problem causing jerky cloudscapes on slow pan/yawing shots.

so summary after another year:
nothing has been fixed, excessive noise still   there in 4k res  when panning up and down on darker areas (brown fields, autumn landscape etc)
may be DJI want us to buy new Mavic 2 pro, but it is expensive, and it will be worthless to have such expensive drone in EU from next year, when new drone flight ruling kicks in

time to consider Xiaomi Fimi 4k... or may be DJI will fix it at the end?
for sure Mavic Pro was my third, and last DJI drone ...
