Been waiting months for a replacement lightning lead

DJI Support is a joke.

I have asked for a replacement lightning lead because I keep losing signal and about 3 months down the line I have still not received one.

Each time I contact them they say they are waiting to hear from their spare parts department or they don't have stock.

Yet you can buy them online anywhere!

Originally they wanted to replace it using my DJI Care Refresh but I said this is a warranty replacement and I shouldn't have to use my Care Refresh for this.

I know I could buy one for £18 but that is not the point, if its faulty it should be replaced.

I am fed up with having to deal with such poor support.

How many others have had issues with DJI Support?

Actually DJI support is that bad that each time they have told me they don't have stock they have closed the call as solved!! So that number I gave you is just one of them!
I only just realised this and now I am even more disgusted with DJI!

I can understand how frustrating this must be.
I have brought this to our management and we will escalate the case for you.
