Also, top tip. Never fly off into the jungle before you have a GPS/Home point. I was using my ipad mini which had no internet connection and no gps, took off and flew for a minute or so and then got the message "Your homepoint has been updated" and had no idea where I was, I ended up spotting some power lines and following them back to my location.
Really stupid mistake.

I have GPS on all of my units including iPhone 7+, 6+, 5s, iPad Pro 9.7 LTE and it will not read the GPS for homepoints and "Follow-Me" which is why you would need an iPad with cellular, simply because they are the only ones with GPS transmitters.  You can fly without one you just can't set new dynamic homepoints, a very desirable thing to do and the reason I am so frustrated.

In Zimbabwe we're probably all trillionaires . . . at least.
