Hello,


i tryed to upgrade firmware (ver 1.0.0.80) but i received always error.
In Dji Assistant 2 when i click on "upgrade" start download and receive immediately error "update failed".


On log file there is this error:


[16:15:28][UpgradeMgr          ] Download finished.
[16:15:28][WebFileGetter       ] Reply error :203
[16:15:28][UpgradeMgr          ] can't get big pack firmware file info!
[16:15:28][DiagMsg             ] Error downloading https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... FW_V01.00.00.80.bin - server replied: Not Found
[16:15:28][UpgradeManager      ] WebActionResult: Error downloading https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... FW_V01.00.00.80.bin - server replied: Not Found



Seem is a file error on server.
Firewall is disabled and connection on internet is ok
Do you have any suggest?

Could you verify which Assistant 2 version you have?

Yes, we have last version on site, DJI Assistant 2 v1.0.9-2

I got the same error when I try to upgrade the firmware of matrices 600 yesterday.

I think is a missing file on dji server but I still wait an answer from dji

I was able to upgrade the firmware a day ago. I had had the same problem for a couple of weeks.

Matrice 600 upgrade was successful yesterday. after days of failed update last week. Now to figure out why the D-RTK firmware flash didnt work.

I contacted support via email and the person linked me to Assistant 2 V1.1.1 beta in a Dropbox account...that is what it took to get it working for me yesterday.

After many mail dji support reuploaded file on server and answer me to retry. I will try today, I hope all work fine
