Hello all.
I'm having a problem with RAW files not displaying as thumbnails. I have a P4P Plus.
When I download files from my SD Card all I can see is a file number and an empty "thumbnail" with no image. The card is a Sandisk Extreme Pro. I have also tried this with a different Sandisk SD card that I know works and the problem is the same.
In addition I have also tried to shoot in RAW+JPEG. When I do this I can see only the JPEG file and there is no RAW file whatsoever. The problem is there whether I use my IPad or MacBook.
I can drag the empty "thumbnails" into Affinity Photo and the file opens no,problem.
It is very inconvenient not to be able to see the thumbnails as you can imagine.
Any help would be much appreciated. I'm not that tech savvy and I'm rapidly turning into an old duffer so you may have to bare with me :-)
