Got my Mavic replaced under care Refresh this week and am pleased the replacement seems to be new and no problems at all so very happy.
The Mavic I crashed had no problems with its Camera at all and was hoping the replacement would be the same and it is and have tested for several hours and I am very happy with it so Care Refresh definitely worth having.
The whole process took 15 days from despatch to receiving a replacement so better than I thought so thanks DJI for pretty decent service as I have been quite quick to criticise when its not.

Yes, just over two weeks is very respectable service. I'm glad to hear they're improving and that you're back in the air.

Whoa that's fast seeing that mine is still under "repair" since 30 March.  They've had it in their possession since 10 March.

Looks like the have a faster turnaround in Europe as mine went back to the Netherlands but my damage was quite small so don't know if that speeds it up.

Do they send a shipping label by email or by paper-post. I really cannot figure that out. I am waiting for it now because my drone fell down after flying for a few minutes and broke to pieces... so sad... http://forum.dji.com/thread-91866-1-2.html

In Europe you get an email from UPS with a trackingnumber.
Then you can choose to get it picked up at your home or you drop it off at an UPS point.
That is procedure when you have DJI care

they are still not improving, i have sent my unit under DJI care refresh over a month now, i have paid my $79 last week and they still not sending. Its the worst service i came across. They try to model themselves like Apple but they really need to take lessons from Apple customer and repair service.
