I have been shoping with DJI for past 6 months everything was good until i recently placed an order for 2 p4pro batteries, and and fedex shipping status showed it was delivered on tuesday april 4th 2017. i waited till april 7th but i didn't recieved so i emailed DJI but in reply what i got was so unxpected, that delivery is confirmed by fedex so they are not going to help me with that instead of that, i should file a police report!! I mean what kind of customer service is this? i mean complete lost of money . wow what future does DJI  hold for that kind of customer service. i understand everything but i also asked them for either the re-deliver the batteries or for a refund but the answer was NO.
