As the topic states,
Purchased both the car mount and bike mount from DJI to be used with my osmo mobile (iPhone 7 plus)
creates unusable footage.
Anyone else have this issue? perhaps other phones provide better results?

With iPhone 7 Plus you have to turn off OIS. I think Filmic Pro might do this if it's not in the native camera settings?

This doesn't change anything. Newer iPhones have a physical, built in image stabilization that can't be disabled.

To the OP, what is unusable about your footage?

I guess I just lucked out with my low end, non-OIS  iPhone SE in this case then...

It's unuseable because the footage is very shaky and blurred.

how are you countering the wind, If I hold mine out of the car window the wind overcomes the motors ability to hold the phone steady at anything over 35

how fast are you able to drive with the car mount before the phone starts flopping around wildly, im using a 5s and 35mph is it

Forget about mounting it outside, doesn't work insidel w/ the iPhone 7 plus.

Did you put it in sport mode? I posted a video not to long ago of me holding my osmo in sport mode while driving an atv. I wasnt driving at high speeds (maybe 15mph) but it was nice footage.
