Hi everybody,

I discovered too late yerterday that flying near an airport is impossible by DJI app.

I know by now that i can unlock certain permissions but my location is not available.

Who should i contact to ask for my place to be taken into account ?

I've tried onlinesales and flysafe at DJI dot com but i got only delivery system error.

I tried yesterday and received error messages.

I've tried today with different mailbox and seems to be OK. Just have to wait for them to answer.

Hi,

Really fast answer from DJI.

I filled in the disclaimer, gave them proof of my pro licence as a drone operator and my authorization to fly in a airport zone and they unlocked my P4 right away.

I'll check it out next we when i go back to the airport.

Hi,

I'v sent an email to flysafe.

It was supposed to work but because of a new update of the Go app, the P4 firmware need updrade too, it's coming.
