Emailed my P3A back for ESC issues, Case CAS-540618-G9N9S1.

The shipment was received by DJI on 4/6 and according to the repair status inquiry page they are still waiting for it. What is going on?

I was told it would be repaired 3-4 days after receipt. Today is 4/12.

May I get status??

I'm in the same situation.  UPS tracking shows delivered to the service center on 4/7.  But the case info still says it hasn't been received yet.  Case Number:  CAS-547988-Z1S5Z5

The NA facility had moved recently, which had caused a delay in check ins. From what I see, the unit was checked in Today and is making its way to evaluation. You will see further progress in this repair shortly.
