I just bought my Mavic pro and tried to purchase the Care Refresh but I can't !!!!!
Im getting this message when I'm trying to buy the Care Refresh!!
I didn't activate or register the drone yet!

oops. looks like i was. PM DJI-Ken or DJI- Thor. they should be able to tell you whats up or fix the problem

I was questioning because of the screenshot you posted said aircraft has already been activated for over 48 hours, but if it hasn't then you need to have djicare@dji.com assist you.

Upon checking the serial number of your unit, it's not yet activated the reason why you receive that error message.

I bought a second Mavic (should arrive today) used. Seller says it has DJI care refresh good to January 2018. How do I check to see if the Mavic has it and how do I register it to me. Thanks Jimmy

Hey Ken, I finally got the tracking number today for my replaced Mavic and I'm wondering if it is possible to move the activation date of my care refresh to reflect the number of days that I did not have use of my Mavic. I think that would be fair considering the circumstances.

Have you activated your drone?
If yes then email the email that DJI Ken provide
If no then activate it and try again to activate care refresh.

Doesn't matter when you purchase care refresh you just activate it within 48 hours of activating your drone.

I don't know why you cannot purchase it. You don't need to register the Mavic to purchase Refresh. You've activated the aircraft so you should be able to purchase.
Please email djicare@dji.com and they can take care of it for you.

I thought it should be simple. Customers enter S/N, if it is NOT in the system, then Care Refresh order should be processed. Otherwise if it is in the system, check if it passes 48 hours. If it's not, then process the order.
From this case, I would think OP's AC (mainboard) was previously in a warranty or care refresh replacement since there were many people asking about new S/N and care refresh after receive replacement.

The AC was new! I just opened the box and then wanted to buy the Care Refresh. The Care Refresh support told me that the S/N from AC wasn't on the system(not activate) and I had first to activate it and then try to buy the C-R.
But to be honest with only 5 mails the problem was solved!
