So, after my first flight, the Mavic decided to do the gimbal overload.  After fussing with it for no less that 10 hours, I called support and I was advised a return was necessary.  I was told I would receive a mailing label.  After 6 hours, I've gotten nothing.  Does it come in the mail?  email?  I was expecting like every other company I would receive it while on the phone or shortly after.   How long should I wait before calling back?

DJI support will email the shipping label with a link from FedEx to be printed out and attached to your box.

Make sure you have given DJI the correct email address and check your spam filter on your email just in case
