DJI GO don't detect my OSMO

After upgrading DJI GO app(v3.1.8), DJI GO didn't detect my OSMO.

I have a Zenmuse X3(OSMO) and a Zenmuse M1(OSMO Mobile).
I change Zenmuse M1 to Zenmuse X3 for using OSMO.
After connecting OSMO wi-fi, DJI GO find OSMO Mobile automatically.

So I delete my DJI GO app and re-install.
After same process, DJI GO detect not OSMO but Phantom 3 automatically in this time!

Is this the bug of new DJI GO app?
Is there anybody who experience like this?
What can I do?

The solution is resetting a OSMO.

Hi,
I have a similar issue. When you say resetting is the solution, what is the best method and does it essentially reset to factory settings?
