Where are they hid now?  Before there was a remote symbol on theeft and you pressed that to pull them up.  That is gone now and I swiped in from the left and they are not there either.

Make sure beginner mode not turned on by default afterupdate, if still not there delete app and download again.

I have it turned off.  Had to return my previous mavic as the gimbal wouldn't work correct.  

And this is a new one, I have turned off beginner mode and turned on multiple flight modes.  It is not there.

Check if the sport mode switch is not on sport but on regular flight. Flight modes are not available in sport mode (switch on the right side of the controller).
