Hello, did anyone face this error? Do I have to go to repair service or it can be fixed via firmware upgrade etc?

What's the aircraft firmware version? Please upgrade it to the latest.
Then perform VPS calibration again.
If it persists, please export the vision data and upload a screenshot for the error, thanks.

I looked at the files you uploaded and see you have the same problem I have with my NEW Inspire 2.  DJI Support has requested that I send it back in for repairs.  This appears to be a hardware error.
