Since i updated aircrafts firmware last week ,every time i click on the Album to view images on the built in controller screen the app crashes ,  everything else works good.
i have tried downgrading firmware on aircraft but makes no difference.  
dji support on facebook suggested long press on hat symbol on start up screen to pick from firmware list to downgrade controller but nothing happens.
what do i do,  try re installing controller software from sd card downloaded from web ?
on one recent flight i lost all camera controls and that flight did not have a flight log in the app ?  but ok for last 4 flights
why would updating firmware on aircraft affect the app on controller?

4 DAYS and no replies !!!!!!!!!!!!
