Someone can confirm that the latest update has solved the issues that some P4P have with the camera and the gimbal ?

What issues are you having? I have a slow responding gimbal that is tilted or leaned to one side as I fly sideways.

I'm talking about the gimbal tilt, and some issues with the camera, as an example when you try a 4K video at 60fps

I flew yesterday after the update and didn't notice any gimbal tilt. But then again I didnt notice that as an issue much before the update. Only in high winds

Yes, I had a gimbal tilt (or flip) yesterday but is was very windy (this was at FHD). At 4k60fps I didn't notice any jerk issue, but there seems to be some twitch of the camera at instances.

The max vid file size is 4gb, if your video is more than 4 gigs in size, the mechanical shutter may open and close when it starts a new video size, creating a twitch.

Usually when the size reaches the 4GB a new file is generated. In that case how can you see any problem with video at the beginning or at the end of a video file?

You wouldnt see it on the video , just on the live video link
