I had the same issue with my P4P. What I did was-downgraded the firmware, restored the camera settings and I don't have any of those problems anymore. You might wanna try.

Dear Natalia,

1st Question:  While my request for replacement was within the first 14 days from purchase date, WHY DJI changed the gimbal and NOT replaced everything with a NEW DRONE?

2nd Question: Even after change of the gimbal the camera twitch issue still exist. What is the next step? To send the drone again for another 2-3 weeks?

Thank you for your suggestion, I have done what you said, downgraded and then upgraded again, IMU calibration, Gimbal Calibration. I run 2 batteries without any issue both at 4k60fps and FHD60fps. I hoped that this will be permanent, but no. Today, I tried again the 4k60fps and in 2 batteries I had camera twitch about 5 times.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I downgraded and stayed on a lower firmware. I didn't update after all. Not sure about firmware number but sure it is the previews one.

Oh! If this is the case then it confirms that it is a firmware issue as Natalia said earlier!

Glad to hear that, thank yo very much for your feedback, hope you have great time on flying.

Most hd camera today has the 4k60fps output which is great. Dorne users loves this feature.
