I have filled out a repair request and am ready to hit the submit button when an error pops up and says,"Synchronization information error, please contact customer service" Not sure what to do. Please help!!!

Haha I did! Looks like they're having some problems on their website in the US. It worked out though.

So, did the error go away for you?  I'm still getting it after an hour of hitting the confirm button.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message? I'll help to report it.
