Sweet!!! I would like to live somewhere like this, there are many photo ops there, I live in the northeast and the best time is for fall foliage but that only lasts a week or 2.

What part of the North East ?
I'm from Westchester County NY just about 15 miles north of Mid town Manhattan

Lots of good photo ops the beach gets boring after a while
