hi. i have bought a p3 4k and im very happy with it. butt i have 2 questions.

1. if i record 4k en i see the video from the sd card it is good quality butt its laggs and buggs. how can i stop that? (i have bad english i know. im 13 and im from the netherlands.)

2. if i make a still photo, he say it is 12,4 MP butt if i see the photo on the sd card it is bad quality, not 12,4 MP!!!

Is your computer fast enough to handle playing 4K files?

i have try it on a windows 7 on a windows 8 and a samsung galaxy tab 4 samsung galaxy grand prime.

4k video files are large. and would depend if the graphics card in your devices can handle it. If your noticing lagging it's because your graphic card can't handle the files to play smoothly.

Why have my photos stop going into my editor when my videos are still there.

I've a Phantom 4K, but I've broken the camera. Bought new part, but it appears to be a Phantom Pro (3) part. Now I can't connect the camera to the app.  Any help with it? What do I do now?

Also, how do I update the firmware, without using mobile app. The USB is not showing anything one the laptop when It's connected. Can't find the software for Phantom 3 4K.

The P3P camera isn't compatible with the P34K, as it does not know to interface with the P34K's WiFi. You would want to return the P3P camera for the appropriate one.

The P34K updates via the Go app in the same manner as the P3S. It does not use a SD card at all like the P3P/P3A does.
