hey guys charged up 2 battery's on my charger hub both green lights to indicate fully charged went out stuck one in the battery heater and noticed it was empty put the battery in the drone to check readings and it had 1% only been charged 19 times and the voltages were reading fine any ideas?? much appreciated

The picture is a tad small for me to read the voltages, could you happen to provide a larger version of the picture? It would not hurt to try Mark's advice as well.

Worse case, you still have some warranty left on the battery to send it in for replacement.
