I posted about my crash before but basically the only damage was the camera gimbal broke (the vertical part that attaches to the underside). also the landing gear which I am getting fixed. I don't really want to spend $700 on a new camera so I have a decision to make.

1. Fix it and be out $800 (with labor).
2. Sell it without the camera and put the difference towards a new one.
3. Find a crashed one for sale with the camera intact and use that camera (may be hard to find one).

Any suggestions would be great. I could also (for basically the same price as fixing the P4P), get a Mavic, but I would really miss the better quality camera.

Did you contact dji to see if they would do a deal with you, I've seen them offer 30% discount to others who have crashed.

The P4P camera/gimbal seem to be in the neighborhood of $900-$1000 on ebay.  I don't think you're going to have much luck finding one in the used market for less than DJI.

I've replaced the P4 gimbal before.  It's not terribly difficult.  Buy the part and do it yourself.

You will definitely loose the most by decision #2

Maybe find just the vertical part and reattach camera to it, it all comes apart.
