Was trying to get in touch with DJI support and looks like they don't have online nor phone support over the weekend?

I'm truly amazed that such a "big" company doesn't provide weekend or 24/7 support.

Unless I missed something.

If you were a "big" customer i guess the will offer some kind of 24/7 support.
But let's put things in perspective,......it's just a drone.
It's not like your life depends on it.

Fair - 24/7 is too much to ask...

But no weekend support, only monday to friday, 9 to 5 - seriously? I guess I'm lucky I'm in the US... It's 9 to 3 in Germany.
No wonder why they're overwhelmed... Monday morning comes and everyone is calling after weekend crashes...
