I sent my Mavic to DJI tk repair a faulty gimbal 25 days ago today. I have the $99 DJI refresh service. I was told 2 weeks ago thag i would get an update on the repair within a couple days. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed that I paid $999 for a drone and then got cheated out of an additional $99 for a protection plan that is supposed to expedite any kind of repair. I would appreciate it if a forum monitor could look into my case. My case number is CAS-559374-F0H2L8.
