Wich micro SD cards do you prefer. I use Sony micro SD HC-1(3) 16GB and it works just fine. Than I bought 2 32GB micro SD cards HC-1(1) one is ScanDisk ultra and other one is Kingston and I dont get smooth video from those 2 cards.

I use the ones that came with the aircraft.  I bought several other micro's so I can change them out with each battery change.  I've learned to do this so I don't run out of space or mainly loose the data.  Once I swap out the cards, I then dump them onto my computer and backup disc's.

I would use a U3 -V30 Sandisk Extreme or Extreme Plus UHS I

The Sandisk Ultra series is too slow, better to buy an Extreme series.

Also, I am discovering that the Delkin 32GB microSD Memory Card 660X 99MB/s UHS-I U3 is good too.  Seems to run faster on both ends of it, BUT other people are smarter then I when it comes to this kind of stuff so read all you can and make your educated decision from that point.

Yeah I bought scan disk extreme pro micro sd and now everything runs smooth. Although some manufacturers claim that their cards support 4k that is not true. I think that card should have at least 90MB/s WRITING speed.
