Hi guys -

Trying to register my Inspire1 here:

https://www.dji.com/user/register-product

When I put in my serial number (blurred out in photo below) the registration database returns "WM610 Craft" as the product name.


This doesn't seem right. Thoughts?

Dont know if this will help, but when you remove the batery from the drone you will see the DJI lable in the botom of the baterycompartment. Mine says FCC id SS3 - wm 6101.... So, i belive it is a identification nr for the Insp 1, but only a guess from my site...

Yes that was it. Thanks for the help. Now I can finally register. As an aside, I actually asked DJI about this (via chat support) and they said registration wasn't available LOL.

Last thing - once it is registered it still shows your FCC ID hash.

DJI you might want to maybe fix this to read "Inspire1" - not only in the lookup step, but also on this screen. It's confusing.
(I blurred my serials and QRs)
