I have an iPhone 5s, but when I fly my Phantom 4, it starts to lag out, as it starts to freeze up when the drone is on the ground about 4 feet away. Is this possible because the phone is old? Should I get a new phone? Was wondering this as I dont want to fly my Phantom when the screen freezes up, turns green, or half of it turns black sometimes when it is in flight. I will post some videos when I get them

It's the DJI Go app, it has tons of problems.

Aloha Varun,

     The DJI list of approved devices includes your iPhone 5s.  But it is the lowest level of approval.  Unless you disable non-DJI apps (or uninstall them) and services and turn off the cell service, it will be taxed so hard it will have a hard time working.  So, yes get a better phone, but also disable or uninstall those apps you do not need and turn off the cell service when you fly.  It will improve the system performance.

I am looking for a tablet but strictly for the screen size
