Hello, I contacted my dealer over 10 weeks ago for a faulty follow focus motor return and I still have not heard anything back. The serial number for my follow focus unit is 05T0010858 can somone from DJI please respond and get me a new unit sent out as this is now a bad joke.
Just to clarify, did you send the Follow Focus motor back to your dealer or are you just trying to initiate the process? Have you also contacted the EU Support team about this as well?
