If you are using a P2 you should just get a AVL58 setup with a monitor.

does anyone have any idea if the 4k camera from a P3 professional  is a direct fit into a P3 Advance or do i need additional hardware or programing to be able to get it to work? friend of mines Puppy chewed through his P3 professional and only thing that survived was the 4K camera and i was thinking of asking him to give it to me.

You can swap the P3P camera to your P3A and it will be transformed to the Professional.  However, you will then need to load the P3P firmware.

Has my ID been blocked from posting?  I don't think I've done anything wrong.  

The only incident I can think of is from a couple of days ago when I mentioned the name of a gimbal retailer.  We were discussing generic aftermarket gimbal installation on our Phantom 2 Visions, and I mentioned the name of the a specific retailer only because their gimbals are wired differently from the generic gimbals available for sale.

Thus, I felt it was necessary to mention their name to differentiate their product from the others.  In the meantime, I have edited the post to remove the name of the retailer, but my posts still seem to be blocked, so I am not sure if that was the problem or if something else is wrong.

Hello everyone. New here and new to the world of the Phantom. I have a Phantom 3 due tomorrow. Pretty excited about using it but pretty anxious as well. Probably the typical worries - crashing it, losing it, etc.

Just started looking around on the forum. Hoping theres a decent "here's what to do when you get your Phantom" post somewhere. I know it will come with instructions, it's just a bit overwhelming.

Anyway, looking forward to being a part of the forum!

Hi All! Have been scanning the forum for the past week or two, learning what I could in order to make a somewhat informed decision as to whether or not to order a Phantom. Well...today all that went out the window, and I clicked "buy"! Ordered the backpack and extra battery with it. Now I sit and wait, and hope that all the issues that have come up in the past few fw updates, and DJI Pilot, just disappear ( yeah right). Am sure I'll be picking your knowledge banks for info in no time.

Your account looks clean to me. Posting about a aftermarket gimbal is not a problem at all. It could be a glitch with our system. Please try starting another thread and let me know if it works.

Just make sure you read the quick start guide and the user manual. There is also a "Phantom Pilot Training   Guide" that you might want to download and read.
Take it slow and easy at first.
