does anybody know if the p4 can be upgraded with a system like the DJI E600 Tuned Propulsion System 4-motors ?

Even if you could find a way to fit those motors to a Phantom body (you can't), it would not be an upgrade.
The DJI design engineers are very smart people and have already done all the hard work for you to provide the optimum tuned propulsion system with just the right motors, ESCs, props and battery for the Phantom.
