Can someone one help with p4  crashed replaced top notch bottom aND landing gear now it won't turn on light on batteries cycle but not the bird

Maybe a little more information, your post is not so clear.

Are you doing the "press - press and hold"  procedure correctly when you try to turn the P4P on?  

ok i was flying  my phantom 4 and it was getting dark and hit a telephone pole broke gimbal and top and bottom shell landing gear i bought and put new shell gimbal and landing gear on now it won't turn on

yes bat goes through process and all 4 bat lights come stays on for 5 sec one green light under motors come on
